Conestoga Roofing is a firm believer that our staff is a stronger unit together on the roof because of the experiences we have off the job. If you can respect the people you work with then we are an unstoppable force! As a company we feel it is very important that our staff enjoy working for us and the experience is more than just a pay cheque. These events allow us to show our staff how much they are appreciated. We are looking forward to more of these events in the future. |

Conestoga Roofing Bowling Night Friday February 12, 2010
A night of fun, laughter and team building all in one. We had a great turn out with 90% of our staff and we enjoyed, food, refreshments and bowling. We feel it is very important that our staff know how to work together on and off a roof. With this team building experience it was a night all ages could enjoy and we found the competitions between teams made the night a success. Each team was assigned by the bowling alley so it was a great experience to see how each person interacted with people they normally don't work with daily.
Two prizes were awarded at the end of the night. the first one was for the best bowler of the night and the winner was Kevin Correia.

The other was for the worst bowler of the night and the unlucky winner of that was Monique Paul

This event was a great success and we are looking forward to many more in the future
