This project was completed in June 2015.  We removed the existing metal perimeter flashing and removed the existing roof system down to the wood deck. We loose-laid 1ply vapor retarder over deck with laps sealed in fire retardant adhesive.  We mechanically fastened (1) layer of 3” Poly ISO insulation. We installed a single-ply 60mil white PVC roof membrane mechanically fastened to the insulation. We fully adhered the PVC flashings up the high clock tower wall and over the parapet walls.  The solar system was installed by others.
