This project was completed in October 2015. We removed the existing roof system and installed 1 ply vapor retarder. We installed 2” Poly ISO loose-laid as per manufacturer specification. We install a single ply 60mil EPDM membrane loose laid. We installed 2” river wash ballast over the EPDM membrane as required.
