This project was completed in April 2015.  We removed the existing metal perimeter flashing and the existing PVC membrane. We mechanically fastened an additional layer of 1.5” Poly ISO insulation over the existing insulated. We installed a single-ply 60mil white PVC roof membrane mechanically fastened to the insulation. We fully adhered the PVC flashings up the high wall and over the parapet walls.
