This roofing project began in August 2015. We completed a roof addition on Holy Spirit Catholic School located in Cambridge, Ontario this project was approximately 5,200 sq. ft.  For this project, we mechanically fastened the ½” dens deck prime over the metal deck. We installed 2ply #15 perforated felt vapor retarder adhered to the dens deck in a mopping of hot asphalt. We installed (2) layers of 3” Poly ISO insulation, adhered to the top layer of Poly ISO and Tapered Poly ISO in a full mopping of hot asphalt. We installed tapered Poly ISO insulation crickets and drain sumps, adhered to the top layer of Poly ISO in a full mopping of hot asphalt. We installed 1” fiberboard overlay adhered in a full mopping of hot asphalt and installed a 4ply built-up roof system.
